Photography

When selling a property, first impressions count. Over 88% of prospective buyers start their search for a property online.

With photos being the first point of contact and one of the biggest influences in the decision to view a property, good photography is crucial in preparing your property for market.

Daytime Photography

Not every property is portrayed in its best light at twilight. Even though twilight shoots are good for creating mood and adding colour, sometimes the lack of natural light can make a space look smaller, darker and less detailed than it actually is.

Daytime photography gives a fresh, inviting and vibrant feel to a property. Natural light can help enhance the character and details of a property while making a room feel bright and spacious.

Daytime photography is particularly beneficial when you wish to highlight a home’s amazing views or the extensive land size. Sunlit spaces give pictures a greater depth of field than what can be achieved at night time.

Twilight Photography

Twilight photos are known for their strong colours and great lighting. They are great at making your property stand out and can really bring out the warmth of a home.

Housed Media did a great job photographing a home recently for real estate sales. The Floor plan was easy to read and photos looked amazing. He did a property video and a drone as well. It was great to have everything done professionally and quickly with the one company.
