When a buyer is looking at a listing they want to get as much information on the property as they can to understand if it is the one for them; if it is worth an inspection or maybe if it is worth making an offer right then and there (especially in a market this hot!).
Floor plans allow buyers to understand the essence of the property; how everything fits together, flows, the outlook, and the particular dimensions of each space.
Housed Media did a great job photographing a home recently for real estate sales. The Floor plan was easy to read and photos looked amazing. He did a property video and a drone as well. It was great to have everything done professionally and quickly with the one company.
