  • We're proud to maintain a high level of availability, with a next-day booking availability rate consistently above 90%. Same day bookings can be accomodated - get in touch at 0488253929 to check availability.

  • We offer several packages to suit your individual media needs, and to suit different properties.

    • Our quick 15 package includes internal and external photography and a floor plan, idea for smaller houses and apartments.

    • Our basic package is our most popular and versatile package, and includes internal and external photography, drone photography, and a floor plan. Suitable for most properties, from townhouses right up to larger homes.

    • Our film package is suitable for properties that require extra special attention and demand a premium listing. It includes internal and external photography, drone photography, a floor plan and a property highlight film. Everything for a complete campaign, completed in a single booking.

  • We offer a 24 hour turnaround guarantee on all photography & floor plans, and a 48 hour turnaround guarantee on all videography and virtually staged images.

  • No! What you see in our price list is what you pay. We pride ourselves on our all inclusive service, and that extends to twilight photography, which we gladly accommodate at no extra charge.

  • Not all weather is equal.

    • In the event of poor weather (eg. light rain or an overcast day), shoots are usually able to go ahead uninterrupted.

    • If you require a property to be shot in a certain light, we are accommodating of time and date changes up to 24 hours prior.

    • If severe weather is forecast and proceeding with a shoot will be unsafe, we will be in touch to reschedule.

  • Session length depends on the booking type, and property size. Our fastest bookings are completed in half an hour, with the average package booking taking roughly 90 minutes.

To book your shoot with Housed Media:

  1. Select your required package and/or individual services.

  2. Select an available date and time from the calendar.

  3. Enter your contact details and the property address*.

    *Please ensure you enter the address of the property to be photographed, not your personal or business address.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after making the booking. If we cannot accommodate your booking we will contact you to reschedule.

Twilight / Dusk Bookings:

Twilight / dusk bookings can be accommodated at no additional cost. The below booking times are recommended for a twilight dusk shoot*:

April - 4:00pm

May - 3:30pm

June - 3:30pm

July - 3:30pm

*Note the following times are based on our 1hr 45 basic photo package.
